Following are Frequently Asked Questions for our highly recommended football contest proxy service, which is a licensed business in the state of Nevada. Click here to find out what contests we proxy for.

After Circa's well-attended (1,875 entries) debut NFL pick'em contest in 2019, the sportsbook team and owner Derek Stevens pressed the gas and guaranteed a $1 million top prize and $3 million in total prizes for the Million contest, in which entrants pick five teams against the spread every week. Gary and Roxanne Heineman chose to watch a movie, 'Bohemian Rhapsody,' instead of NFL Week 17 games. Gary's lone entry into the SugarHouse/BetRivers $500,000 Pro Football Pick 'em contest was in the mix for first prize. They were nervous. Gary, 57, is a mostly retired construction worker from the Pittsburgh area.

What is the difference between the SuperContest and SuperContest Gold? Click here for more info.

What is the Circa Sports Million, and how is it different than the SuperContest? Click here to find out.

Do I need to sign up for the SuperContest and/or Circa Sports Million/Circa Survivor in person?
Yes, in 2020 you could enter the SuperContest at the Westgate SuperBook in Vegas between January 13 and September 12 at 3 p.m. (PT). The opening date for Circa Sports Million and Circa Survivor sign-ups in 2020 was March 6.

Do I need to reside in the U.S. to enter the SuperContest and/or Circa Sports Million/Circa Survivor?
No, you simply need to be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID. We have had clients from Australia, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Turkey and Mexico in addition to the U.S.

How much do you charge for your proxy service?
We now charge a standard rate of $199 for one entry in the SuperContest or Circa Million with a Friday deadline and $100 for each additional entry for the same contest up to a max of three. This covers the entire 17-week season, and we do NOT require a percentage of potential winnings or compete in any contest. For an extra $100, you can also use our extended proxy service with a later Saturday deadline and exclusive historical data from FantasySuperContest.com, an online database with every pick from every contestant over the last eight years. We also pride ourselves in providing the best customer service of any proxy over a decade, and you can find out what our clients think of us in testimonials here.

What payment method(s) are accepted by the proxy?
We accept cash and credit card via PayPal for our proxy fee. However, the SuperBook and Circa Sports both accept payment for the entry fee via cash or credit card.

Does the proxy accompany me to the Westgate SuperBook and/or Circa Sports at the time of registration?
Yes, we need to be there in person when you sign up for either contest. You can click here or send us an email at proxy@FootballContestProxy.com to schedule an appointment.

How is receipt of my weekly picks confirmed so I know there are no discrepancies?
We confirm via email when we receive your picks AND after they are submitted at the sportsbook. The picks are then made public on each sportsbook's website (and app) every Saturday and Sunday for you to confirm as well. We again submitted picks for more than one-third of the record SuperContest entries in 2019 and double-check every ticket each week before we leave the sportsbook to ensure there are no mistakes.

Is there some sort of contract I sign with the proxy assuring that the agreed service will be provided?
Yes, you sign an agreement with us when we meet that outlines the terms of our service.

Is there a backup in case of emergency and the designated proxy can't get to the sportsbook?
There are two of us, so we back up each other and work together throughout the season.

Do you have testimonials from clients who have used your proxy service in the past?
Yes, you can click here to read recommendations from our clients.

In addition, we have been featured in articles on Covers.com and the Las Vegas Sun. With more than a decade of experience, you will not find a better service that has grown like ours with more happy clients.

Do your clients have entries place in the money on a regular basis?
Yes, 14 of our clients' entries placed in the Top 30 in 2014 and 17 more in the Top 50 in both 2015 and 2016 before seeing a record 29 cash in 2017 in addition to the first-ever SuperContest Gold winner Stag Capital. In 2018 and again in 2019, we had more than 40 clients win over $1 million combined in the SuperContest each year, including second-place finisher @Pigskin_Junkies and fourth-place finisher Tuco. In 2020, we also had more than $2 million in combined winners between the SuperContest/Gold, Circa Sports Million and Circa Survivor (13 out of 35 entries that went 18-0). We are also proud to have been the proxy for SuperContest winners David Frohardt-Lane in 2013 and Rounding Again in 2015, two-time Friday Football Showdown winner Chris Kozak in 2016 and 2017 along with 2019 Ultimate Football Challenge winner AckAttack and 2020 SuperContest Gold winner BrettFavre444, and we have had at least one entry finish in the Top 6 of the SuperContest each of the past 12 years. No other proxy service has better results over the long term.

Can you make bets for people in Las Vegas as a proxy?
No, we only submit picks for contestants in the football contests listed here. But if you are in Vegas and want to make bets on futures and/or props, there is a third-party service we recommend called PropSwap that can hold your tickets (and send you the money) or sell them for you. Thanksgiving Day

Is its own contest week—plan ahead

The topline

  • $1,000 to enter.
  • 5 entries per person, max.
  • Choose a different team each week—and plan ahead because Thanksgiving Day will be its own contest week. Since you can't use the same team twice during the contest, be careful using Thanksgiving Day teams early in the season or you'll be out!
  • Undefeated bonus prize—if the contest ends before NFL Week 17, the winner can continue making picks to go 18-0 and win an extra $1 MILLION guaranteed!
  • In Nevada: Play in-person at any of our sportsbooks or enter picks through the Circa | Sports app using your contest account number; Outside Nevada: Register a proxy so they can submit your picks for you each week from within Nevada.
  • Picks are due at 3pm PT each Saturday, except Thanksgiving picks, which are due at 10pm Wednesday. If you want to select a team that plays earlier than Saturday at 3pm (a Thursday night game, for example) your pick must be submitted before the game starts.
  • NO RAKE! All entry fees go to the winner.
  • Find everyone's picks here each week!
  • Registration ended at 2pm on Saturday during NFL Week 1.

See the Official Contest Rules for all the details.

Regarding a Shortened Season, Canceled Games & Forfeits

Circa Sports Book Las Vegas

  • If a single surviving entry remains after any contest week, that entry will be awarded the Circa Survivor Contest Prize, even if the season is later canceled.
  • If the NFL season is canceled before Week 8, and multiple surviving entries remain, the contest will be canceled and all entry fees refunded.
  • If the NFL season is canceled after Week 8, all entries remaining when the season is canceled will split the Circa Survivor Contest Prize.
  • If the NFL season is canceled before Week 17, the The Undefeated Bonus Prize will not be awarded since it requires an entry to finish 18-0 across all 18 contest weeks (Weeks 1-17 and Thanksgiving Day).
  • If the NFL season is suspended, the contest will be suspended until the season resumes, or until 90 days have passed without a regular season NFL game being played. In the latter case the contest will conclude and be graded as if the season has been canceled.
  • If the NFL doesn't determine the winner of a game by Tuesday at 2am PT following the game's originally scheduled time the game will be scored like a tie: entries that chose either team will be eliminated.
  • If a game is not played by Tuesday at 2am PT following the game's originally scheduled time, but the NFL determines a winner of that game by Tuesday at 2am PT (for example in the case of a forfeit), that determination will be used for grading purposes. Entries that selected the team declared the winner by the league survive the week.
